To our valued clients,
The past year has been challenging and eye opening to all of us. With the constant and quickly changing situation, we have been working hard to ensure that all of our clients have made a safe return to Canada, and cancel all future travel for clients unable to get to their destination.
In order to keep our staff safe and doing our part, we have now closed our office and moved to an at home work environment. Our agents can be reached by email, and phone, as our new remote phone system is now in place. You are able to reach our agents by phone at our regular phone number 416-967-4404.
We will continue to do our best to provide you with as many answers as possible regarding your future travel, and assist in any way we can. We ask for your continued patience and support during this time.
We have been in business for over 40 years and survived many past challenges like SARS, 9/11, and H1N1. We look forward to assisting you all again in the future when things return to normal. In the meantime stay inside and do your best to flatten the curve.
With vaccines finally starting to get into the arms of Canadians, it feels like there is hope for travel to return in the not so distant future. We have seen an increase in demand for travel especially for winter 2021 and a majority of 2022. Many of the tour operators are offering low deposit and very flexible rules regarding cancellations. Once thing begin to open up further, we expect to see a rise in prices as demand increases. If you are interesting in travelling, now is the time to start looking into it.
Some destinations are even offering a free vaccine with your vacation. If you visit the Maldives or Alaska you will receive your first vaccine.
When you do decide to travel whether now or in the future please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help you!
